Decent service. Price is too high. Wait is average. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and two days later my low washer indicator comes on. My 2nd F150 I've owned and both have been serviced here for years. I actually bought my 2017 F150 at Grapevine and live just next to Lewisville ford, but I drive out of my way to go to Bill Utter. Don Swift took really good care of my truck and kept me well informed throughout the repair. Its a great feeling to actually see familiar faces that have been at Bill Utter for years. That says a lot in itself about the dealership. So far everything seems to be working as new but the best feeling is knowing if it isn't it will be taken care of.
