Satisfay Took 2015 Edge for oil change and tire rotation (The Works) Tecnician was thorough on everything even torquing the wheel nuts. But did not check the Took 2015 Edge for oil change and tire rotation (The Works) Tecnician was thorough on everything even torquing the wheel nuts. But did not check the air pressure on the tires. Subsequently with the drop in temperatue the low pressure tire warning light came on. All tires were around 29 psi. Technician should have a check off list!! More

Locating and reparing a faulty wheel hub Carrie listens to the customer. She reviews the past service calls to zero in on the possible problem of the vehicle. Then she selects the right mechanic for the job and makes sure he/she is brought up to date regarding the service history. Carrie kept me informed regarding ordering parts, how long the job would take, etc. I would always ask for her by name. More

Incompetent Mechanics I have taken up to multiple times my vehicle for Oil leak, transmission shifting gear issue, and exhaust fumes coming into cabin. It seems that diagno I have taken up to multiple times my vehicle for Oil leak, transmission shifting gear issue, and exhaust fumes coming into cabin. It seems that diagnosing the problem takes multiple time to fix. However, the last exhaust fumes come into the cabin was not fixed due to factory warranty expiring (vehicle taken during warranty, but dealership could not find root-cause). After warranty experiencing a fix will be apply and I had to pay out of pocket. It's not my fault that incompetent technician are working that do not diagnose problem accordingly wasting customer time. Later when problem is found late after warranty expire dealer expects for customer to pay after playing hot potato and not being serious. In the end, customer has to pay their mediocre service. Enough said. More
