There was an issue with the passenger side door panel in my vehicle that I brought to his attention, he went out of his way to make sure it was fixed on top of the factory recalls I had brought my vehicle in for to be repaired. The whole process was very quick and was in and out the same day, as promised. I have been pleased with everything from the day I purchased the vehicle. More

This last visit was completely different (for the worse). Brought the car in for an inspection and recall service. Those went perfectly well. But, apparently the window tint that the dealership installed in 2012 is now too dark to pass inspection, so it had to be removed. Charged me $40 per window for the removal and clearly ALL they did was pull off the tint film. Left behind ALL of the glue/adhesive. Got the car home and the windows wouldn't even go down because the glue was sticking to the rubber trim. Called Danny and he offered to clean the windows if I brought the car back. Decided to save the time driving back and forth and waiting and just do it myself. AN HOUR LATER I finally finished getting all the glue off the two windows. This was ridiculous that I was charged for a service that left the windows in this condition - completely unusable and took a tremendous amount of effort and 5 rags to get the windows cleaned off. Danny is always perfectly nice and I enjoy working with this. This isn't on him - this is on the technician that did the work. I don't know who that was. More
New alternator I got it there on a Saturday and they had it done on Tuesday. Great service and great communication. Great Service BUT - Shuttle service We received great service there this week. There were no surprises. The waiting area upgrade is really nice! Our vehicle is fixed and performing well. The communication with the service agent was great! The guys that welcome you to the service center are very good and humble! My complaints is the shuttle service. No ETA is given for the service. I understand this is a free service and i expect to wait 30 minutes but more than one hour later, no ETA was given. If i had known the wait time would be this long, i would have taken Lyft like i did to a location 3 miles down the road (or walked). The receptionist called the driver but it went straight to voicemail. Later I was told that they will keep trying to call him but no further follow up was given to me. This will need to be improved. (Maybe tracking the vehicle?) More

Luckily there were a few that cared and we got our car checked in for the appointment we had for a Factory Recall. I am new to Texas but your Service Drive is not nearly as attentive or interested as my life long ford dealership at our previous home town I did not get the names of those that DID help my wife and I, after we started to leave and one gentleman asked us when we asked which way out, if there was anything he could help us with. I had to mark a name to submit this so I marked the name of the person who took my advance reservation (1 week). I stood in front of his desk for over 20 minutes and he never even acknowledged me. HE was telling someone how to rebuild his airconditioning. I left to tell my wife why she was having to set and wait and I came back and he again ignored me and kept up with his repair tutorial. Then we left. As we turned right out of the service area path some 100 feet south, we asked a Company employee the easiest way out. He asked if we got our work done. I explained what happened. He told me to drive around and come back in and he would have someone to work with us. He did and we accomplished our 30 minute drop off to an empty (the whole time) service drive. We had intended to look at a new F-150 the next day when we picked up the Explorer but decided we would wait before selecting our new (Home) Ford Dealer. We will probably drive the 7 hours and deal with our old Ford Dealter. More
Front wheel bearing busted I was coming Hm to Denton from our property in Colorado and got as far as Clayton Nee Mexico and lost my front wheel bearing on my 2017 F150. Had ranch hand come get me and haul back to Texas. I called Bill Utter Ford service sept and talked with Mr Church and he said bring it in and he would get me out soon. This was Saturday at 2pm. I unloaded off the trailer and he handled everything. I do not get Hm good and he already had me an estimate of the cost which I agreed too. He stated it would be ready late Monday afternoon and to my delight he called just before lunch with it ready to go. I have been in and out of many dealerships in my 60 yrs of age and I couldn’t have had a better or more professional experience as I did there. Mr Church and staff are a true asset to your dealership and I will be visiting you guys on my next purchase. Great job! More
