Can't seem to turn an oil change quickly I have been a Bill Utter customer for three years now and following a great sales experience I just can't seem to get the same results with the Servic I have been a Bill Utter customer for three years now and following a great sales experience I just can't seem to get the same results with the Service Department. Once again, even with an appointment I waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. This has happened before but is not likely to happen again...there are simply too many competitive and closer alternatives. More

We go every time we need an oil change Eddie takes great care of us. We only feel comfortable taking our Edge there. I like that I work with the same person every time.
