Service Waiting Room Was Clean! I was impressed with how attentive the service advisor was when I brought my car in for an oil change. I had a preschedule appointment and waited on-s I was impressed with how attentive the service advisor was when I brought my car in for an oil change. I had a preschedule appointment and waited on-site for the work to be completed. They completed the work in a little over an hour. The waiting area was large and very clean with plenty of chairs and space to move around. It also had a large screen TV and WIFI to help pass the time. It definitely made the experience a pleasant one. More

I've worked with Eddie for things as simple as an oil change and as major as drivetrain and sunroof repairs and he has been outstanding every time. 45,000 mile service First let me tell you about Sharon that works in the cashier department. When Greg told me to see the cashier to sign up for the shuttle, Sharon was First let me tell you about Sharon that works in the cashier department. When Greg told me to see the cashier to sign up for the shuttle, Sharon was there and immediately got the clip board and signed me up. She informed me that the driver has taken someone to Denton and would be back shortly. Sharon was extremely polite and helpful. Sharon then told me that there was coffee to my left and a waiting area. She went out of her way to accommodate me unlike some of the other cashiers that you used to have. I witnessed her help the cashier next to her with a problem without being rude to that person. When I returned to pay my bill Sharon was just as pleasant to me and everyone else. As Always, Greg was very helpful and polite. Today I has to return because the person that changed my oil forgot to place the information sticker inside my windshield. While I was waiting in the Express area for someone, Sharon saw me and asked if I needed any help. Sharon+++ More
