Last minute full service Took my superduty in at about 12:00 on a Saturday and they closed at 3:00. Was able to get fuel filters changed, oil change, tire rotation, recall per Took my superduty in at about 12:00 on a Saturday and they closed at 3:00. They would have done it even faster but I told them they had as much time as needed and was not waiting. More

Eddie Church is Wonderful! I have pretty much switched all of my maintenance to Bill Utter Ford after working with Eddie Church. He takes care of the issues and the work gets done right the first time, every time. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. I just purchased my third vehicle from Bill Utter in January 2019 (my second F150) after test driving a GMC and Chevy truck. In the end, I chose another F150 from Bill Utter because of how I have been treated over the years. The GM trucks were nice options and cost less, but I wasn't convinced that I would get the same level of customer service when I did need to have it serviced. So, I went with Bill Utter again and have zero regrets. More

Great Service My daughters ford fusion kept getting flat in front tire. We took it in one morning after tire was completely flat. Perry took good care of use and fo My daughters ford fusion kept getting flat in front tire. We took it in one morning after tire was completely flat. Perry took good care of use and found that the rim had a tiny crack in it that was causing the leak. He had to order brand new rim and tire. It took a few days to get, but Perry was in constant contact and keeping us in the loop. They even offered getting us a rental car, but because my daughter couldnt drive it, we turned that down. We really appreciate the seevice that was provided. We have been very happy with other service visits as well. More
