Failed to provide service requested A couple of days before my visit to the your dealership I called and set an appointment. I spoke to the service department concerned over the wear o A couple of days before my visit to the your dealership I called and set an appointment. I spoke to the service department concerned over the wear on my F-250 truck tires. At the time I was just over 27,000 miles on the original set of Continental tires. I discussed having the tires looked at and the need for new tires. The service writer took my information, informed me that he would have the Michelin tires I was considering available and would check on what could be done for adjusting the price for the tires I had not received the Ford listed minimum of 36,000 miles on. We also scheduled an oil change for the same appointment. I arrived 10 minutes ahead of my 8 am appointment and checked in. I was informed that he did not have the tires we discussed, he did not have any information on what type of adjustment could be done or if it could be done. He then told me that he was working on it. Net result......At the end of 3 hours I had my oil changed, was told that my front tires that had tread in the middle but were bald on the edges were 'good'. I even received the typical analysis sheet where everything is checked over during service. I let him know that this was not acceptable and that while turning on wet pavement, which we have had a great deal of lately, the truck would slip. His response was that that the tires appeared to have been under inflated to create that where and that the alignment must be off. Please note that the last approximate 18,000 miles of this truck your dealership has done the tire rotations and the alignment. At no time was I told the current tires were bad during rotations or when alignment was done. My last discussion with my service writer concluded with two surprising items, 1) Continental would require the tires to be sent to them for review so I would first have to pay full price for new tires so that this could happen. My service writer quickly added that with the look of the wear Continental would most likely do nothing. 2) I should probably go to Discount tires and see what they say about the current set of tires. I have not gone to NTB and purchased the four Michelin tires I was needing. Final cost to me was just under $1600 for 4 tires, road hazard and 5 year alignment warranty. My wife's 2008 Taurus was bought at your dealership over 10 years ago. With the exception of during the I-35 construction your service department has been our first stop for service. Very disappointed..... More
How my expectations were met I have had issues in the past with the service department but my salesman turned me over to another service guy (Eddie Church) and he knocked it out o I have had issues in the past with the service department but my salesman turned me over to another service guy (Eddie Church) and he knocked it out of the park, I do have high expectations because I am in the sales and service industry myself so I do expect more so to speak, if anybody asks me I will send them directly to Mr. Church More

I brought in for service a couple months ago and it was fixed by replacing a couple o The vehicle had an issue w/ the leaf springs since low mileage. I brought in for service a couple months ago and it was fixed by replacing a couple of pieces and greasing. It resurfaced and I expressed the need to identify the problem and replace a part so this doesn't continue. Erin was very helpful in the process and received approval to replace the part. More

A computer chip can make a mess of your monday morning! I took my 2016 Explorer in with no radio. They took it in and found the problem and I was able to pick up my SUV that afternoon.
