Your phone system is terrible - calling before showroom is open has a great voice mail but no connectivity to the service department and Saturday it seems that the phone is not answered at times - 3 try's to get someone in service to pick up - the cashier did not pick up either. Potty Break? This I is a process issue - please fix it. Great people with poor tools and it makes your great people look bad. They work hard to make everyone look good and it shows.
