Eric was fairly new when my wife and I went to look at new vehicles.He was very friendly, patient and willing to show us any vehicle and immediately took us for a test drive on a Town and Country Touring new vehicles.He was very friendly, patient and willing to show us any vehicle and immediately took us for a test drive on a Town and Country Touring mini van. His knowledge about cars was impressive. He not only told us of all the features on the mini van but we incorporated some very interesting conversation of our old classic cars from younger years. Working with Erich Moeller was a new experience compare to other dealers I've been to and whom I've spoke to. This is my 6th brand new vehicle. I wasn't happy with non of the purchases I made, seems like to other dealers I've been to and whom I've spoke to. This is my 6th brand new vehicle. I know I changed my mind with Erich 3 times but he gave me what I wanted. I just wanted to leave with a happy face on like the Croton Auto Park used to say on their commercial. "Which I'm Proud Of My Purchase" One thing I noticed about Erich was that I was walking around the whole lot for an hour and not one single soul came and checked if I needed help.
