Bill Volz's Westchester Chrysler Dodge Jeep

I traded in a Toyota Tacoma to get a Jeep Wrangler and Chris was extremely helpful. I was worried that I would lose money by trading it in to a dealership as opposed to selling it privately, but he expla Chris was extremely helpful. I was worried that I would lose money by trading it in to a dealership as opposed to selling it privately, but he explained thuroughly about the sales tax savings I would receive and worked extremely hard to get me maximum price on my trade in. When I finally got my wrangler, I couldn't be happier. Chris was on vacation when the Wrangler came in, but explained that fully to me when I was shopping and gave me every option to either pick it up before he left, after he got back or had several of his coworkers that could get the car ready for me for pickup. I declined dealing with anyone else, I waited a few days for Chris to get back. I am glad I waited! Chris even made sure to send me pictures of the jeep when it finally arrived. On day of pickup, Chris had everything ready for me, insurance all set, registration all set, he swapped my plates and explained how everything worked inside the jeep. I have purchased cars in the past that were a headache to get, this was not one of them! Chris was a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely be reccommending him to my friends. 1. Said car sold was "certified" however the inspection wasn't completed. There were missing parts and certain vehicle functions did not work. 2. Said it was due to an issue with the previous lien holder, which to me means they sold a car that wasn't theirs to begin with. 3. Came in on holiday weekend and got a good deal on a 2010 Avenger. Vinny did a good job of getting the price down to where I needed it. He had a great sense of humor and we shared some laughs over my attachment to my Mountaineer. I didn't expect to walk away in 2 days with a brand new Jeep, but Vinny made it all so easy, that I made my decision rather quickly. I LOVE my new Jeep and hope to have many years with it! My Jeep was not fixed after many visits to Volz - I was told the keys were bad so I purchased another key for 227.00 that was unnecessary to buy. The remote starter did not work, and it was not because of the keys. They were fine, it was a module that went bad and the tire pressure light has never been fixed after quite a few visits. It goes on and off at will since day 1. The salesman at the time, Steve, was terrific and very helpful when I bought the Jeep. He really cared about what I wanted and I am sure that, when I trade it in in a year or so, Erich will be equally as helpful and caring when I decide to get a newer Jeep. More
