BEWARE! Awful, unethical dealer. I had a terrible experience. I ordered a specialty vehicle through them, waited several months, called them every 4 weeks Awful, unethical dealer. I had a terrible experience. I ordered a specialty vehicle through them, waited several months, called them every 4 weeks to confirm my interest in the car, and was repeatedly told "not to worry, no deposit and no paperwork is necessary, as soon as we get the allocation the car is yours." After approximately 6 months, when they finally received the allocation they decided to sell it to someone else because they were local and I was an out of market customer. They never called me to let me know and it wasn't until I called them once again to inquire about the status that they informed me what they had done. The worst thing is, they (Mark Buehl, Sales Manager) didn't even apologize after what happened and what they did to me. Completely wasted months of my time and I missed out on other, similar vehicles I would have purchased. I was so frustrated and mad, I could have screamed. BAD DEALER with UNETHCIAL staff. DO NOT do business here! More

My recent experience at Bill Walsh Ford Service was exceptional. Jamie was able to get my vehicle in quickly, He was able to schedule in all of the work my Ford Fusion needed in one day. He was professional, courteous and patient with my urgent situation. I have been a service customer for several years and highly recommend them. Wayne was my shuttle driver in the morning. He went above and beyond with a smile and great conversation. Corbin graciously picked me up to retrieve my car and was very professional and friendly as well.
