Overall, the dealership did, well, the biggest concern was I was sold a surface plan which not completed, so far as the protection which was prior to the sell, completion the only reason I had discovered was I was sold a surface plan which not completed, so far as the protection which was prior to the sell, completion the only reason I had discovered this issue was when I reviewed the product sold to me, it was mentioned a coating was supposed to be applied. I called the dealership they made arrangements for this to be completed, took care of it right away, my concern was what if I did not follow up, with I had paid for, would have the dealership called, I'm sure with the dealerships practice and policy's they would have covered the oversight, and fixed per the warranty guidance anyway. This is the 2nd vehicle from the Billingsley dealership, the first vehicle the salesman called a couple days later, toe follow with any questions or concerns, this did not happen so much with this purchase yes, I did get the letter from the dealership, yes, I called Gannon Billingsley left a message of my concern, he called back the very same day, made sure I had gotten my issue resolved. The vehicle I bought comes with an outstanding warranty, I think may be the best in the nation, we never know about how good a warranty is until we have to use it, that is mostly on the manufacture, no have not had to use any warranty, as now. The value for what it is to me has been outstanding. More
