Surprise of a Lifetime I visited the dealership with an intention to simply check my credit improvement, and look at possible cars. I had no idea my credit had improved much I visited the dealership with an intention to simply check my credit improvement, and look at possible cars. I had no idea my credit had improved much and would be able to purchase a BRAND new car! This is my first vehicle purchase with knowledge on what to look for and Jamie Jordan made sure I knew about everything. Natalie was also so very insightful and kind. I was very impatient and everyone at the dealership was professional. I was simply excited to find out I could get a car. I love that everyone at the dealership laughed with me, and rejoiced with me on this special occasion. Could not have asked for a better experience! More

Poor Communication I sent several emails and each one was replied with, we'll get back to you soon.. or they would forward the email to somebody else that said the same. I sent several emails and each one was replied with, we'll get back to you soon.. or they would forward the email to somebody else that said the same....or as soon as i get in the office i will ask. I just gave up on this dealership because they don't respect or project any real sense of interest in taking care of the customer whom was very interested in a vehicle they had. One of the emails said they were committed to making the experience as smooth as possible. Well i never got any type of experience with them other than the run around or being ignored one.. More
