Within hours we were discussing a vehicle that was a right fit for me. I was leaving for vacation in a few hours. We stayed in touch and I put a down payment on the car - sight unseen. I met with Bo late Monday and fell in love with the Jeep. Bo and Ryan were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I left that evening with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. In addition, the $500 fix was identified as a power train problem and was covered under warranty! Service When I arrived to check in my loaner car was not available as promised and they were unable to provide one that day. There are several medical issues my family is going through right now and making arrangements to get my car serviced was hard sonwhen they could not follow through we were very upset. The manager stepped in and took over and made arrangements to pick up my car and drop off the rental at my job and when my car was finished they brought it back. Great example of excellent customer service and going over and above for the customer! More

Quick help I broke down in a Wal-Mart parking lot, car would not start. I called road side through Mopar Vehicle Protection plan I have, got it towed to Billy C I broke down in a Wal-Mart parking lot, car would not start.
