I have purchased one other vehicle from Randy at Billy Howell Ford, and because that was such a positive experience, I knew this was the only place I would go to purchase a new vehicle. I have never had so much fun making such a large purchase, and when you are even a little unsure of taking such a large step, it is always reassuring to know that you will not be deceived or pressured into buying something that doesn't necessarily fit your needs. I explained my financial situation to Randy, told him what I was interested in looking at and when I arrived at the dealership, he was prepared to show me a few vehicles that he thought would fit my needs. The work was all done for me by the time I got there, and after much discussion and comparisons, I confidently purchased a new 2012 Ford Escape.
