I decided to get a second estimate on some damage done to my van when parked at the Mall of Georgia during the Christmas season.(some nice person decided to scrape the passenger side of my van without leavin my van when parked at the Mall of Georgia during the Christmas season.(some nice person decided to scrape the passenger side of my van without leaving me their name and number and a short apology)I had also clipped my driver's mirror exiting my garage and had knocked off the cover to the small indicator lights on the mirror. I had the first estimate done at the dealership where I always get my oil changes, tires rotated, etc. because these are the cars and vans that they sell and work on there and I'm a regular customer of theirs now for about 10 years now. I was told the van would have to be in the shop for 4 days and I would have to rent a vehicle for the down time. The estimate was about $1200. not including the rental vehicle. So without an appointment, first thing in the morning, on a rainy day I pulled into Billy Howell Collision Center on Canton Hwy. in Cumming to get the second opinion. I spoke with Todd Rainwater about getting an estimate and he went out in the rain and checked out the damamge. He asked for my keys and told me to wait inside and he drove the van around the to the back. About 15 minutes later the van was back in front and Todd informed me that the mirror did have to be replaced and the technician buffed out the scrapes and scratches. He said that if I wasn't satified with how it looked I could decide to have it painted and have the little dent removed. In the meantime he had the estimate written up to have the mirror replaced that would be in the day after next and that I wouldn't need an appointment, to just come in when it was convienient for me and it would only take about 15-20 minutes to replace. The mirror was $18 less than the first estimate and I examined the damamge to the passenger side and it was great. There was no charge for buffing out the damage and when I went in to get the mirror put on he was true to his word, only 15 minutes and the van was done. I want to thank this buisness for such wonderful, friendly, trusting,and caring service. Alot of times I feel that as a women I'm at a disadvantage when it comes to dealing with cars, repairs, and even purchasing a vehicle. You have gained my trust and I will tell all my friends about your service and how you treated me so well.Thank You! More

I came into Billy Howell Ford, as I needed some Warranty Work completed. I had never sat foot in this dealership before yesterday, and they did not know me from Adam. I went into the Service area, as I was 150 miles away from home, and needed some Quality FORD Service work performed. Specifically, I needed a “Ford Update” performed on my vehicle. I was greeted by a most pleasant Service Advisor, Paul Lyons, who listened to my situation. And even though it was already well into mid morning and I had no appointment whatsoever, with a smile Paul said he’d see if his Service Dept couldn’t just take care of my request. So I left my Ford Edge with him, and went shopping for a couple hours with a friend. I returned later in the day to this Dealership, the work was completed, and with another Smile, Paul handled the paperwork quickly for me, and made sure my vehicle was quickly brought up for me to get into. In summary, I felt TERIFFIC about this dealing with Billy Howell Ford. If I was in the Atlanta area, I would go out of my way to get my vehicle both Serviced there, and I’d come to them for a purchase as well. Job well done, Billy Howell Ford ! More

Billy Howell Ford is top notch sales and service with small town touches. The dealership is easy to find off of GA 400 and is very clean and geared towards servicing the customers’ needs. My daughter and I went into the dealership to "look", we were greeted by Jim Mee, who walked us around to view vehicles that fit my daughter's wish list. The sales management team went out of their way to present different options to make buying a vechile from them a lot easier than I thought it would be.
