Took my truck in for an oil change, dropped it off 4hrs early for a 2oclock appointment when I went to pick it up at 4pm they haven't even started. After another 2hrs of waiting I asked for my truck back. They reinsured me that it was almost done, they offered me a free oil change and I refused. I suggested that I would start going some place else since this has been a reoccurring habit every time I come in. He actually made a comment that there business is doing just fine. Got home and my truck was leaking oil and they lost a part. After taking it back up for them to fix their mistake they had to order the part. I waited another week with no phone call to inform me about the ordered part, I called them and they clearly forgot to order it. Now it's been another week and I'm still waiting on the part and a phone call from Ford to inform me what is going on. I have called them and left messages but have not received any return calls. I've been working with Jeff. The quality of work and customer service is poor. This is actually my second review, however I took the first one down after the manager called and promised to fix another issue we had months ago. I will NOT be taking this review down and after my truck is repaired I will not be returning. More
I've purchased 3 cars from this dealer - dating back to 2005 and my last few service trips have been less than satisfactory. (as it turns out the service order incorrectly indicated the driver's door, but no one thought to check the other side?? Or call for clarification. Seems everyone in the service area is nice, but no one answers the phones there and every time I call, it's a long wait to get to someone. Add to that, they no longer seem to take care of our expensive cars while servicing.. Looks lik eI will need to look elsewhere for Ford service. More

I purchased a Ford, rebuilt 7.3 powerstroke diesel motor from them because they assured me it was the most reliable option to get my truck in good working order. My truck is a work truck and it's how I make a living. The new motor developed an oil leak within the first 5,000 miles put on the motor. I brought it to the service department, and it took them 3 weeks to replace one gasket and get the truck back to me- telling me that it was all good to go. The first day after getting my truck back, I put a clean piece of cardboard underneath the motor to see if they fixed the issue. I came outside the next morning, and there was fresh oil drops all over the cardboard. I called the dealership and they told me to bring the truck back in; they have had my truck for over a month now. They told me it has multiple oil leaks now. Very rarely do they ever answer the phone and they never call me (the customer) to provide updates. I asked if they had a courtesy vehicle to use and they told me no. So basically, I have been without my work truck for a total of 8 weeks. All because I trusted them when they told me a Ford rebuilt motor was the most reliable option and that it comes with a 3 year warranty. 9 out of 10 times, when I do get to talk to someone, they give me an excuse saying: "the diesel tech had a doctors appointment", or "he called in sick", "you're next in line", "we had to order additional parts", "we're short staffed"; all of this is extremely infuriating because I either have to spend even more money renting a car or borrowing vehicles from co-workers to tow trailers so I can try to continue to make money. I will NEVER own another Ford. More

Navid my sales guy knew his product (A total CAR GUY) and was soft sell (Ford Trucks Sell Themselves) and easy going. Dan Hayward, my finance guy was a consummate pro and had me out in 15 minutes. The whole dealership was friendly and seems that everyone has worked there a long time. A testament to any business. The trucks aren't cheap nowadays (you get what you pay for) but at least Billy Howell Ford crew made it painless. Will be back! More
The Worst Dealer I Have Ever Dealt With About a year and five months ago, I purchased a new F-150 from Billy Howell Ford. Immediately, there were several issues with the vehicle. I returned the vehicle to have those items repaired. When I picked up the truck, none of the problems had been repaired. I was told by Tom that parts needed to be ordered and he would call me when they came in. Weeks went by and I didn’t hear from Tom. To keep this somewhat short, every time I called, there was an issue. The camera wasn’t in, etc. This went on for a long time with Tom saying he would call me back and not doing it. Eventually, I reach Tom and took the truck in again for repairs. They kept it about 4 days. When I got it back, nothing had been repaired. Again, I was told they had to order parts and would call me when they came in. Of course, there was never a return call from Billy Howell Ford. On August 28, I sent an e-mail to Bill Howell about the problems. He called me the following day and said that his dealership didn’t do business this way and he assured me that the problems would be corrected. He assigned the case to Glenn (I don’t know his last name). I talked to Glenn and said I would call him after the holiday to schedule an appointment to take in the truck. As I had said I would do, I called him the following week. He did not answer so I left a message. It is now a month later and Glenn has not returned my call. Even if I had not called him, a good business person would have followed up on the conversation. Nor has Bill Howell bothered to follow up and see if the issue has been resolved. I guess my business is not very import to Billy Howell Ford. For anyone want to purchase a Ford vehicle, I would suggest they go to a different dealer. More
