Horrible experience I’ve been looking for a Hill’s green Dodge Ram for a while(which are hard to find) and seen one here. I contacted the sales Manager and put a deposit I’ve been looking for a Hill’s green Dodge Ram for a while(which are hard to find) and seen one here. I contacted the sales Manager and put a deposit down to hold it. I asked the dealer what for shape it was in and if there was any rust. he said No it was in really good condition and it looked like someone under coated the frame. So I took 7.5hrs off work to go drive 2.5hrs up there to look at it. Within 5 min of looking at it I seen the bed had a lot of rust bubbles in the fender well. And and the frame was under coated right over a lot of rust. Which I know they knew was there since there was under coating paint still on the exhaust which should of burn off if some one was still driving it. So I left after 5 min of looking at it. The dealer seemed to not care he wasted a my whole day off work and did nothing to fix it. I’ve bought quite a few trucks in my life and dealt with a lot of dealers. I can easily say this is the worst dealer I’ve ever dealt with and will tell anyone thinking of buying here to not waste there time. More

LIARS!!! I went back and forth with this dealership for about a month trying to get the best deal I could. We finally came to an agreement they sent me a buyer I went back and forth with this dealership for about a month trying to get the best deal I could. We finally came to an agreement they sent me a buyer's order with all the information on, my monthly payment would be, and even i put $500 down to hold the vehicle for me. The next day I got a call from a different sales manager saying basically they can't do the deal and the vehicle was sold on top of that and it is what it is, you win some you lose some. I called the other dealership where it was at and they still had it and it wasn't sold. I even drove over 100 miles to look at the vehicle and drive it to make sure that was the one I want it. So so upset plus my salesman never called me back or got back to me in general and I try contacting them 3 or 4 times that day. Waste, and I wish I would of talked to Tony Domiano the owner which I called the dealership to talk to but wasn't around they told me. More

BAIT AND SWITCH seen this "used" car on the internet advertised for 3995.00 so i drove the hour and a half to go for it "with cash in hand". when i get there the car seen this "used" car on the internet advertised for 3995.00 so i drove the hour and a half to go for it "with cash in hand". when i get there the car was not only beat up , but the sales man tries to tell me that the book value of the car is over 7000. but they are trying to move this car so they will give me this special price of 6995. then when i called the sales man out on it , he got so mad ,and started yelling and screaming at me . thats not the way to do good business . not to mention all the problems that were noticed about the car . NOTHING BUT LIARS , AND SCAM ARTISTS !! try and sell a car for 6995 because they say it book values for over 7000, problem with that is KELLY BLUE BOOK says the car is only worth 3230.. i can go on and on , like the gauge cluster has been switched , so the miles they claim it has , is so far from correct . bottom line is ...... IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO , SCAMMED AND ENJOY BEING BAITED AND SWITCHED . THEN THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP FOR YOU . I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM , AND I WOULD "NEVER" RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.
