This dealership was a great turn of experience for me. - Tori

This dealership was a great turn of experience for me. I left there feeling confident in my decisions. The staff was friendly, supportive, hard working, and willing to work with me. I never felt pressured or forced into anything. I have had very poor experiences in the past that leave me skeptical, but I will definitely be returning here each time.

I had an amazing experience at the Friendly Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership of Geneva. Brent Oaks was honest and transparent, which is something that is hard to come by in the car industry. He helped me find the perfect car for my needs and budget, and I got a great deal. I’m really happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car. Thank you Brent!! Val S.

We purchased our past 3 Jeeps from Maquire from a great - Sbarni

We purchased our past 3 Jeeps from Maquire from a great salesman that is no longer there. When we went in last week to purchase a new one the only person to greet us was Christian Andaluz. We were a little apprehensive at first, because he seemed very young and inexperienced, but it ended up being a very pleasant experience. Never judge a book by its cover. We love dealing with Maquire, they have always treated us well.

Can’t say who I contacted, wasn’t aware I’d be asked - Cekasch

Can’t say who I contacted, wasn’t aware I’d be asked these questions. I was happy with the accommodation and quality of service. Makes the Tinkhannock “Experience” more traditional and reminiscent of the days when American mechanics from the local area did what only they could do best - fix up their tractors and trucks. Keep up the good work. You are way ahead of the Scranton outfits.

I had a fantastic experience with Friendly CDJR in Rome - 27 Summit

I had a fantastic experience with Friendly CDJR in Rome NY. I just purchased a 2027 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit and Glenn Shaver was my salesman. Glenn was very thorough and explained in detail everything from ordering my truck to getting me comfortable with it when it arrived. Glenn was very kind and professional and answered every question I had during my entire process. Friendly CDJR is an outstanding dealership and I will definitely be back as I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle! Thank you Glenn and Friendly CDJR in Rome NY!

Matt, Service Dept. - laforch

Matt, Service Dept. , was very courteous and took the time to explain the situation with my Jeep Gladiator. Took several trips to finally rectify my vehicle’s problem. They were gracious enough by giving me a loaner vehicle while my Jeep was at their dealership, which I greatly appreciated. The parts needed were hard to procure due to being on back order, not the dealership’s fault.

I have dealt with this dealership for 25 years. - Randrat

I have dealt with this dealership for 25 years. They are my go to for service. Great people.

This dealership was friendly and customer service was - Tomdecker1977

This dealership was friendly and customer service was great. The General manager helped facilitate the deal and gave me matching trade in value I was offered from other dealership. My salesman I had was extremely knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase . Then comes the guy who has you sign all the paperwork . He also was great. He gave me many options for warranties at fair prices . Helped me understand the contract. And price break down. I rate this dealer atleast a 9.5/10 and recommended it to all my family members

Megan S, service advisor, Richard T service mgr. - chrisduq26

Megan S, service advisor, Richard T service mgr., and Tom, service tech. My 2017 JGC had an intermittent starting issue. Was advised to change the main battery and did along with the auxiliary battery. Wemt about 6 miles and the same issue, would not start. Finally got it started amd brought it back. A bunch of new codes came up. They got my car back in, about 1hr. later. They went through the check list and found a small yellow wire loose on my starter. Im so appreciative of them getting me in as I need to leave the next day to drive almost 1400 miles to get home. They were patient with me as I was frustrated yet respectful to them. They knew my urgency. I would like to thank them and recommend this group to anyone with needing repairs for their Chrysler built vehicles. Just as they were patient with me you need to be the same and they will take care of you. God Bless all!!
