Good Service but Melvin was our salesman. He helped us find the car that we wanted. Process of purchasing car went smoothly since we were preapproved before we arrived Melvin was our salesman. He helped us find the car that we wanted. Process of purchasing car went smoothly since we were preapproved before we arrived. Only had one key on purchase day but our second key arrived within a week. Only negative was that we were told that the car would be full when we left. Instead, it was empty. Were told when we called about key & was told that our car would be filled when we picked up the key, instead we got $25 worth. To fill it, we spent less than $10 but it should have been filled.
