Best car buying experience ever! I called Tom Metcalf at 10:00 on a Sunday morning, not realizing I was calling his cell phone. He not only took my call, but he was very gracious and I called Tom Metcalf at 10:00 on a Sunday morning, not realizing I was calling his cell phone. He not only took my call, but he was very gracious and said he looked forward to seeing us at 12:00 (when they opened). Tom was alone in the dealership on Sunday and had three customers in there at once. He treated everyone professionally and never missed a beat. He had the car I was interested in waiting on me to test drive and everything went absolutely smoothly until the time I walked out the door with all my paperwork to my (new to me) car!
