I’ve already tried to get to the bottom of it with you. What do you suggest I do after I gave you my Mercedes as a trade in (20k) and also $10k down on this $50k truck and it is has been at Land Rover’s service department for 4 months out of the 5 that I’ve owned it? My options were to pick up my truck in a million pieces or get a new engine block for 30k. I’ve already paid half of that out of pocket. I haven’t had this truck 6 months!! I will not go away. I can promise you that. You can’t sell someone a $55k vehicle claiming that nothing is wrong with it when there is coolant leaks. A bunch of them. The service manager at Land Rover is behind me 100% and he even said he will testify on my behalf that this was an existing issue. So you and your warranty company that you spoke so highly of need to get together and take care of this.
