She also helped out with an issue that I had after leaving the lot which was above and beyond for a car salesperson. The only negative thing was that my 2016 Altima did not come with an owners manual which is not a big deal but could be seen as an expectation for a newer car. Overall I was pleased with my experience and love my new car. More
