They told me they would get as much finished as possible and then we could schedule an appointment for the rest at a later date. When doing the servicing they found that a couple of our tires were extremely bald. I had already known that and was planning to replace them but I appreciated them pointing it out. They also diagnosed a squeaking problem and filed a claim with warrantee (since it was a CPO car) for me! When I showed up to pick up my car the service representative was drenched in sweat. He told me that the detailing crew had left early so he personally washed and detailed my car himself! Everyone there is super friendly and unbelievably helpful! More
