Asininely Moronic Service Technicians I came to have my Wrangler's airbag recall repaired. You would think these mechanics would be pros at replacing the dashes and airbags by now after do I came to have my Wrangler's airbag recall repaired. You would think these mechanics would be pros at replacing the dashes and airbags by now after doing so many of these recalls, BUT NO, they managed to screw my dash up. They pulled my jeep around for pickup and my radio was sunken into my dash like a sore thumb. I called them out to fix it and these two techs came and beat on my dash for 10 minutes and just slightly made it less of an eyesore. I just told them to leave it because I didn't want them screwing up my Jeep anymore. I am confident I would have done a better repair if they let me back there. And then they had the nerve to tell me to give them 10/10 ratings when I got there survey. Yeah right, complete xxxxxxxxx. At least the people at the desk were nice. But it's hard to find even decent mechanics in Danville anymore. Absolutely shameful. Send them back to school. More
