Poor management There’s more than 25 words describe my experience at Blackwell automotive I called to buy one car they told me it was there but when I got there an There’s more than 25 words describe my experience at Blackwell automotive I called to buy one car they told me it was there but when I got there and did all the finagling of financing started to unload the stuff out of the car I was trading in to come find out that they had just sold the car I was getting ready to buy this was unacceptable but the sales person Larry was wonderful about this but the general manager Tony was absolutely horrible he could’ve cared less about what had happened . Larry talked me into looking at another car and I looked at a Honda pilot I decided to buy the Honda pilot because of Larry the sales person on my way home that night the battery light came on so I called the dealership the next day about it and the general manager was basically like it’s an as is car that’s what the sticker says I was told by Larry the sales person that I have a 30 day warranty on the car or 1000 miles . And also that the mirror was broken and somebody glued the mirror back on and once again the general manager Tony was like oh well it’s an as is car . I then asked him and said so this is the second time you guys have lied to me about stuff and he said yes sir we did what kind of management or company is this. When I test drove the pilot at the light came on I would’ve never bought it but the general manager Tony he has an attitude like he don’t care attitude . I will say this the people that are reading this review should stay away from this dealership because all they do is lie to you and it will sell car out from underneath you as quickly as they can. The only good thing about my experience there was the sales person Larry he is a great fella and a straight up person . More
