It took me a month and a half to get this appointment. No one would call me back in the service department no matter how many voice mails I left. I had to talk to the sales manager to get someone in service one would call me back in the service department no matter how many voice mails I left. I had to talk to the sales manager to get someone in service to call me. Once I had the appointment it went downhill from there. Not only did they do things I asked them not to do. They didn't tell me they were going to charge me for looking into a warranty claim. I asked them not to wash my truck and they did. They left dirt spots all over my truck so now I have to pay for a wash that they couldn't do probably. If I didn't have somewhere to be that day I would have been stuck at the dealer for hours because the front desk people won't tell you when your vehicle is ready. Also the service department tried to swindle me. The quote I got said I needed new rear brakes and calipers and they wanted to charge me $1,400 for it. I took it to Les Schwab to get a second opinion. They told me that was extremely high even for dealerships prices I didn't even need them my brakes were fine. I will never come back to blade anything. I loved buying cars from blade but the service department takes an experience of 10 to a negative 20. I will never recommend blade ever again nor buy a car there again More
