Shady dealership Found a Chevy Cruze diesel that they had listed (used). Inspected and found under the hood that the wire loom had been chewed by a rodent and bare wires were exposed. Agreed with the salesman and lot manager that we would buy the vehicle if the wire loom would be replaced and repaired so I left the car for them. 3 days later the salesman texted me to notify me that the repair was completed and the car was ready for us to complete the paperwork for purchase. Drove 25 minutes to get to the lot, was greeted, and then taken to the car to look at the repair. They actually repaired it by TAPING over the exposed wire instead of replacing it. Then they were trying to tell me that we had agreed with them to only fix it by wrapping the exposed wire with orange tape and then they said that they would stand by the repair and when we asked for how long, they said a year. How can you trust a dealership who would decide to take the short and cheap route to "take care" of their customers? Potential fire hazard and they fixed it with tape. I would not recommend and I will tell people of our experience (bad) More

Excellent, easy to work with. I had about a 2 hour drive to get to Blade, but I knew I wanted the truck they were advertising online, so if it looked as good in person as the pics, I had about a 2 hour drive to get to Blade, but I knew I wanted the truck they were advertising online, so if it looked as good in person as the pics, I was going to buy it. I finally get there and the truck was as described, Excellent. I had been working with Josh over the phone for price, etc., so he already had all of the paperwork staged and after a quick test drive I was out of there in about an hour. Josh and Blade was real easy to deal with and I got a great price on an excellent truck. Thanks! More

One that I help my daughter purchase, however to purchase of the other turned out to be more challenging to their managements mistake. My wife and I were purchasing the other car and it took longer to get a response on financing than I thought it should take. Then when the dealership got back to me they wanted money down and a high percentage rate for the loan. It didn't make sense since my Daughter had zero credit and the one we purchased we had no problems while the one with my wife were having problems. I ended up going out and getting my own financing which was a much lower rate and I did not need to come out of pocket. I was terribly confused as to why it was easy for me to get that but hard for them until I started receiving denial letters in the mail from various banks saying that my daughter and I had been denied for car number two which my wife and I were buying. The dealership was running the wrong individuals on the loan even though Josh had made it separate. I spoke to Josh about what had occurred and he said he would speak to his management and let them know. It is not something that would prevent me from coming back, however from now on I will just arrange my own financing. More
Got a good deal, but felt uncomfortable I came away from this car purchase feeling like I got a decent deal, but also feeling pressured and rushed. As soon as I sat down with a salesman they started pushing me to sign paperwork and give them my SSN and other my personal info, before I had agreed to buy the car or negotiated price. This definitely made me feel uncomfortable, but I guess this is to be expected at any car dealership. Mainly, staff members were nice and friendly, but their friendliness felt disingenuous at times. I felt that some staff were condescending of both my age and gender. I ended up walking out the first time due to feeling frustrated that the manager (can't remember his name) wouldn't negotiate the price almost at all. Despite all this, I did end up coming back to purchase my vehicle even though they were only able to knock around $80 off the advertised price, because I needed a vehicle and this one was priced pretty low due to higher than average miles for a 2015 and being on the lot for 90 days. I did request floor mats and was told that they would try to find me some, but I didn't receive any, and was told "too bad, so sad" that they didn't have any that would fit in my vehicle. Also, I had to remind them that they had agreed to fill the tank with gas. Cruise control was an advertised feature of the car, but after I purchased the car I realized that it didn't actually have cruise control as advertised. All in all, this experience was pretty much what I expected my first car buying experience to be like. I mean, it's a car dealership, they are just trying to make sales and I don't fault them for that! I'm just happy that had done my research and knew what to expect. The main reason I would recommend is that the Blade Powertrain Warranty gives some peace of mind to buyers. More

Felt like walking out at first, but in the end got the car I came in with a specific car in mind, a specific monthly payment and wanted to trade in my vehicle that I knew I was upside down in. I didn't really appreciate almost being put down for the situation I was in. I also almost left when a few of them were speaking about another customer in front of me. Something to the extent of; the customer called saying they believed they had been low-balled. After hanging up, the salesman said "I'll low-ball you in the face dude". The person I was working with came back to me with an offer that I simply said no thank you to. I didn't NEED to purchase a new car but if I could trade in my vehicle and get a new car with the same car payment and more gas mileage; that's all I wanted. I said no thank you, that won't work. They came back in a few minutes and we able to do what I was asking for but a slightly higher monthly payment than my current. I was told "I was lucky I even got approved" which I thought was very rude. Again, I still wanted to get the car because of what I wanted and just didn't listen. The end of the "deal" was where I gave this dealership a 3 but it would have been a 4 or 5 but for obvious reasons. The fella who I signed the paperwork with was awesome. Very friendly and nice. He also was able to not only drop my monthly payment to LOWER than my original car payment but also gave me GAP insurance for nothing. He also helped me understand how to cancel my current GAP insurance on the other car I was selling, which I thought was very nice of him to take that extra time with me. Then someone (Joseph L) was showing me the details of my car and understanding gadgets etc...he only showed me a bit before the salesman who originally sold the car to me helped me. I didn't really get to learn all of the features of my car but I guess I am a smart girl and I will figure it out. I have quite a bad taste in my mouth with the person who sold me the car, but Joseph L showing me the car features and the fella who I signed the papers with; they were outstanding. That's the only reason I would recommend this dealership but would warn my friends or family to stand your ground at the beginning. More
