Was preapproved quickly. Had several cars in what I was looking for emailed to me. Went in and immediately took the cars I was interested in for a test drive. I have been buying new and used cars for over 40 years, and this was the best experience I ever had. I have to say that a number of the "salesmen" were pushy, tried to get me to significantly upgrade my price range, and did not listen when I explained exactly what I was looking for. I went to Blade Chevrolet because I have my car serviced there and have always been satisfied. I met Juan Ibbara there and he was a class act. I told him what I was looking for and what my price range was, and he did not waste my time. He showed me three cars and when I asked him for a recommendation he was very honest with me. Soft spoken, understanding, and very helpful in selecting a car for my Grand Daughter. He was not "pushy" as many car salesman are and did not play the "my manager" game. He found us a really great car within our price range and treated my Grand Daughter like an adult (which she is). If I needed a new car I would absolutely look him up again. He also followed up with a call to be sure she was happy with the car. The Finance gentleman, sorry but can't remember his name, was really great as well. My experiences with many F& I guys have been frustrating and time consuming more often than not. This young man was friendly, soft spoken, respectful and very quick. He did not try to sell me a bunch of "add ons" like so many do. It was a very pleasant experience for a change. Last but not least, Blade Chevrolet did a great job of going over all the mechanical elements of the car including putting new tires on it for me. They also did a supper job of detailing it. It looked like a new car when they were done with it even though it was 13 years old. I would absolutely recommend Blade Chevrolet and Juan Ibarra to anyone looking to buy a car or have their car serviced. More
