I hate buying cars I think it is the hardest thing I have to do. It was really different this time. I did it all on line and via the telephone. This review is more of a warning for others if they plan on visiting Blade Chevrolet. I purchased a car from Scott Sides at his previous dealership at a very high interest rate,when I asked about how long on visiting Blade Chevrolet. I purchased a car from Scott Sides at his previous dealership at a very high interest rate,when I asked about how long I would need a high interest car loan he told me to contact him in a few months and we could do a Re-Fi and not to worry. I bought the car and contact him and was told in order to Re-Fi the car I would need to put down 6K! When I called him to question why this was and told him I feel a little taken advantage of he told me word for word "Stop bothering me" and literally hung up on me. I NEVER raised my voice to him or was pushy in any way. I was prepared to trade in the car and purchase another car form him but apparently that was not an option either. Very sad that he would choose to lose a customer in his early 30's with over a 140K per year income!! My wife and I are currently looking for a BMW 745 as well as a replacement for our 2007 Escalade....Just think about how much in sales that is!! More

Our experience with Blade Chevrolet was fantastic! Bjorn was our salesman. He did an awesome job in getting us a 2003 50th Anniversary Chevrolet Corvette. Lee at the used car sales desk was very welcoming and relaxed, looked up my trade-in's history and features, and gave me a very fair price for it. He had his screen turned toward me so I could see everything - it was all very open. After I test-drove the truck I came up to see, it was just some routine paperwork, and I had my new truck! Eric in finance worked his tail off to get my loan approved and a really good interest rate as well. AT NO TIME did I feel pressured or uncomfortable with how I was being treated. I left with a new (to me) vehicle, but I also drove away with a big smile, my dignity intact, affordable payments, and a real respect for the people who worked there. If you want a car-buying experience that is fair, easy, and respectful, drive the extra few miles north and buy from Blade. You'll come out feeling like a winner. More

We asked to look at a vehicle, the sales person never gave his name. We took a test drive. After our test drive we went into the office where another sales gentleman (not the guy who was helping us) over gave his name. We took a test drive. He said he wasn't pressuring us, but that they already had an offer, so if we wanted it we would have to make an offer right then. We were interested, so we made an offer to the sales rep we were working with, and without missing a beat or allowing us to work with the gentleman who started helping us, the "other" sales guy said no, the other customer offered them $xxxxx and a trade in worth value. Well Blade Chevrolet all I can say is I hope that it sold, because you lost a for sure sale and a customer. But have no worry we went to Roy Robinson in Marysville, and received excellent service, a great deal that included the same vehicle we tried to purchase from you at a better deal. More
