Amazing low key experience This was such an awesome experience, I have been looking for a Jeep Renagade that had certain features and through my search on the net, I found Bloom This was such an awesome experience, I have been looking for a Jeep Renagade that had certain features and through my search on the net, I found Bloomington Jeep Chrysler. I contacted them through a web notice and I was contacted at 8:30 the following morning, what amazing customer service!! That didn't end there, my agent Rob and I went back and forth a few times on the phone and pretty soon I was talking to Jason in finance he was explaining he would try and get me a good rate. He did just that although I did get approved for a vehicle at home, with a lower interest rate, I chose Bloomington. I drove 3 hours after work to buy and pick up my truck. The customer service only continued on my arrival. Rite away Mariah was at my side getting things moving, she's amazing so nice took me for a drive and got back it was a matter of minutes and she had all of the info in the system. In the mean time I learned that Rob got all of the discounts available to me to help me take full advantage of all resources available to me. Last I ended up with the finance manager who is Mariahs Dad, the apple didn't fall far from the tree I realized Mariah had a great teacher, her dad was amazing. Everyone was so kind low stress I will be back, my partner drove my Jeep when I got home and I suspect not too far down the road our garage will be filled with 2 keeps from Bloomington!! Thanks guys!
