When we were looking for a new car we went to several Dealerships and were told we did not qualify. That is if someone even accknoledged we were there. I have never been a Ford fan, I always stayed with GM but my car broke down in front of Bob Bell and while I was waiting for it to be towed I went inside to survey the cars. Terry and the whole staff worked very hard in locating the exact model we wanted, it took them several days to get my Escape as no other dealers wanted to part with their Escapes.
