Adding insult to injury - just visited the parts department of Bob Bell Ford, Glen Burnie and stood "in line" behind the gentleman before me. After waiting in line for a few minutes, another gentlem department of Bob Bell Ford, Glen Burnie and stood "in line" behind the gentleman before me. After waiting in line for a few minutes, another gentleman arrives after me and sits down. The store did only NOT acknowledge the fact that I had been waiting but assured the gentleman who arrived after me. Bob Bell Ford continues to disappoint and not show any leadership nor customer service. It's appalling to have to spend your money in a place who treats their customers like trash - I left Stay away from this place if you're looking for quality of work and/or customer service. After picking our truck up with new "broken areas" after servicing here and now this - never again! Would leave at zero if I could. More

In fact, I couldn't be happier. It was a lightning fast transaction. I don't like that there isn't a way to negotiate the price down, but as I am told we are getting the best price. Not sure if this is true or not. I called a few dealers and this was the same across the board. So if there was anything strange going on then it could be an instance of price-fixing, but for now I will just accept that this is the new norm with auto sales. I was a little bummed that Ford Fusions were discontinued, but that is old news by now. Still, I love those Fusions. They were terrific cars that felt great inside and out and looked lilke million bucks. More

This dealership does not stand behind what they sell. They even sold me a diesel truck that has emissions equipment removed, they ignore phone calls and are leaving me in the dark. I bought a truck 9/24/22 out of state (I live in NY) and I have had a couple problems that I have showed my sales person and AM Dennis Kane since the day it came in my possession. It had a dented front bumper that was hidden by the Bob bell plate, it had a leaky transmission and engine seal, it had a plate light out, mirror puddle light out and had a light on dash to service engine soon (CCV Filter). I had to replace this filter ($100), replace the plate light and the puddle light. Then I find that when the truck gets hot, the coolant leaks from the resvior tank. I have to fill my truck up with coolant once a week. I’ve called multiple times and it’s always impossible to get through to any one. Dennis Kane said he was going to call back with a date that the warranty inspector will look at my truck but I have heard nothing so my truck is still not fixed. 9/24 to today 12/1. Nothing has been done, I have had no refund for the parts I had to purchase to fix the truck and my truck is still leaking on the trans and engine and coolant. Today I was under the truck looking at the leak and I find the euria controller unplugged from my emissions system. This needs to be taken care of right now this is me asking for someone to take care of me. What a horrible experience please shop somewhere else. Hopefully this will get their attention and I will get some help and remove if I am satisfied. More
