Maybe this will get their attention so I can get a phone call back. I very rarely leave bad reviews and honestly tried everything I could before leaving this review. This dealership does not stand behind what they sell. They even sold me a diesel truck that has emissions equipment removed, they ignore phone calls and are leaving me in the dark. I bought a truck 9/24/22 out of state (I live in NY) and I have had a couple problems that I have showed my sales person and AM Dennis Kane since the day it came in my possession. It had a dented front bumper that was hidden by the Bob bell plate, it had a leaky transmission and engine seal, it had a plate light out, mirror puddle light out and had a light on dash to service engine soon (CCV Filter). I had to replace this filter ($100), replace the plate light and the puddle light. Then I find that when the truck gets hot, the coolant leaks from the resvior tank. I have to fill my truck up with coolant once a week. I’ve called multiple times and it’s always impossible to get through to any one. Dennis Kane said he was going to call back with a date that the warranty inspector will look at my truck but I have heard nothing so my truck is still not fixed. 9/24 to today 12/1. Nothing has been done, I have had no refund for the parts I had to purchase to fix the truck and my truck is still leaking on the trans and engine and coolant. Today I was under the truck looking at the leak and I find the euria controller unplugged from my emissions system. This needs to be taken care of right now this is me asking for someone to take care of me. What a horrible experience please shop somewhere else. Hopefully this will get their attention and I will get some help and remove if I am satisfied. More
Maybe I’m biased, but I’m in a sticky situation, and Todd Schultze and Marc Bortnick made sure I was able to leave there with a vehicle before my other cars lease had to be turned it. They allow 3rd parties to price their cars below the actual price they are willing to sell for. So get in the door to only find out the car is a higher sale price. Not good business. I have, in the last 2 years, had my oil changed here. The first time, my engine stalled out on me within a week of having it serviced there and the second time, the skid plate/underbelly cover was not in The first time, my engine stalled out on me within a week of having it serviced there and the second time, the skid plate/underbelly cover was not installed properly and flew out from under my car not 3 hours after having it serviced. Called in that same day and they offered to replace and install for free. Super great right? Nope. Just last week, my cover flew off again and debris made its way up and under my car and punctured my compressor which will now cost me a lot of money to replace. They are refusing to do anything because it was reinstalled a year ago. I'm a great driver. I try to avoid potholes and debris, dont text and drive, and have a clean driving record, I would have known if I hit something but because of the shotty installation, it's on me? Makes 0 sense. They could've at least offered to inspect and replace. It could very well be the fasteners for the skid plate being faulty. Even so, I should have been notified that they need replacing, AT MY LAST SERVICING. Would have solved a lot of heart ache and excessive repair costs. You lost a family full of Ford drivers. We have 4 vehicles from this dealership and will not be purchasing anymore or using your services. More
Very respectful, no pressure, I felt respected not judged like I usually am because of my age, as if I can’t afford a car. Didn't have the use of my truck for a week after purchase due to a mold issue in the cab of the truck caused by the prep cleaner pressure washing the floor. They did provide me with a rental car to drive while they removed everything from the cab of the truck and replaced the floor covering at a great inconvenience to me. The salesman told me that this was not the first instance of this happening. I cannot believe that someone who works at a car dealer thinks you should pressure wash the inside of a vehicle! More

I took my 2017 Shelby to Bob Bell Ford, Glen Burnie, Maryland where it sat for ten months. After invoking the Maryland Lemon Law I was awarded $9,500 in addition to the final 'factory-fix.' Upon re-deli Maryland where it sat for ten months. After invoking the Maryland Lemon Law I was awarded $9,500 in addition to the final 'factory-fix.' Upon re-delivery to me I found the windshield had been broken in the lower passenger quadrant, presumably by a 'technician' angry with the fact he/she/it had been saddled with this job. To claim I would not again trust Bob Bell Ford with anything more valuable than a can of Spam is an understatement. More
