Misleading pricing on online prices. These guys advertise prices that include every discount you can possible get and the price doesn't have freight included. Cant get For Warranty work done, can not get response Bob Bell Ford lacks integrity as a business culture. I have been trying to handle a service request for a life safety recall (Takata Airbag) and have Bob Bell Ford lacks integrity as a business culture. I have been trying to handle a service request for a life safety recall (Takata Airbag) and have been dismissed, ignored, treated rudely and passed around. I like Ford cars; unfortunately I cannot buy another of their products because I dont trust Bob Bell Ford to service Ford vehicles. I would recommend purchasing your vehicle needs elsewhere. Calling the main number is useless for anyone though that seems to be their only reply to their negative reviews. More

Secondly - NOT family friendly!! No changing tables at all! Had to change our baby outside in the front seat of our truck in 27 degree weather. If you have a family and are considering a ford go with Apple Ford in Columbia - clean, friendly and even has a kid play area for them and BEST prices we’ve found hands down. If they want to fix it they need to: -equip your bathrooms with changing stations; and educate your staff as they didn’t know whether or not they even had changing tables. -ensure turn over from your internet office to your front desk and sales people -teach people how to properly greet customers and remove a condescending tone from your reception people as they attempt to explain to you why you have to first tell the internet team what you’re looking for, and then tell them, and THEN tell a sales person. More

Minus 5 Stars Tried to buy a new F450, after spending the whole day waiting, the salesman left for the evening without telling us. Then the sales manager Kirk Sma Tried to buy a new F450, after spending the whole day waiting, the salesman left for the evening without telling us. Then the sales manager Kirk Smalls belittled me & told me in a very demeaning manner, in front of an office full of people, that our credit was not gonna cut it. The following weekend we bought an F350 King Ranch at Apple Ford in Columbia (Great Sales & Service too). To add insult to injury, they lost the lean release to our F150 trade in & left it up to me to get a new copy & strung me along to reimburse the cost. I also had an appointment to satisfy a recall on my F250 work truck. I dropped it off the evening before, & was promised it back the next day. The next afternoon at 4pm, I got a call from the service writer to tell me that it would not be ready till the following day because it had not even been started. I told him that I was on my way to immediately pick it up. When I got there he was nowhere to be found. I asked for and spoke to the service department manager who promised that the work would be completed promptly if I brought it back in. I foolishly brought it back and picked it up the next day. Several months later I had an electrical wiring failure due to the fact that the recall that Bob Bell Ford service department said they performed, was never done. I only found this out because I took it to a freind for the diagnosis & repair. At the time, he was a Ford Technician at Bob Davidson Ford. He has since opened his own shop & does all my truck repairs, & maintenance. Prior to that debacle, Bob Bell had that same F250 for a stalling & unresponsive throttle issue. After 4 weeks they couldn't figure out the problem. My same friend suggested to their service writer to have his mechanic check the throttle position sensor...BINGO! Deal with this business at your own risk! More

Customer service above and beyond! I stopped in just to look at cars and pricing. Edrick Mallard came out and we discussed what I was looking for in a SUV. I have him a long list and a I stopped in just to look at cars and pricing. Edrick Mallard came out and we discussed what I was looking for in a SUV. I have him a long list and a price that was acceptable and I didn't think he would find one a suv with all the bells and whistles that met my criteria... he researched and got exactly what I wanted...and beat the price. The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen! It took over three-weeks to try and buy a new-car from them. They didn't want to honor their online advertised price on a new vehicle I wanted to buy, It took over three-weeks to try and buy a new-car from them. They didn't want to honor their online advertised price on a new vehicle I wanted to buy, but I had to threaten to sue if they didn't. Sometimes it took days to even get a call back from them. I honestly don't even understand how they are still in business! Very, Very Poor customer service. I am taking this to the BBB and every where I can get the word out about the horrible custoner-service they have! More
EXTREEMLY BAD SERVICE AT BOB BELL FORD Vehicle was serviced in February 2017 for what Bob Bell Ford calls "The Works"; which includes oil change, tire rotation, and topping off other fluids Vehicle was serviced in February 2017 for what Bob Bell Ford calls "The Works"; which includes oil change, tire rotation, and topping off other fluids Vehicle was serviced on 2/28/2017 for what Bob Bell Ford calls "The Works"; which includes oil change, tire rotation, and topping off other fluids such as master cylinder. The master cylinder is low, and service tech. and service manager failed to add brake fluid to the master cylinder. Service manager was advised of the issue, but he did not respond. This is the second time that Bob Bell did not properly add brake fluid to the master cylinder. The first time was back in September 2016, and their service has NOT improved. More
