I called the dealer about a recall on my Ford, after trying 4 times finally got a person. They just passed me off to someone else, but I needed the person who answered the phone. I get to the dealer for the appointment, and now I have been sitting here for over an hour and 30 minutes and my car is still not done. This will be the last time I use this dealership! More

I went back in at 4:20 and asked and they told me it would be 1/2 hour to do the recall , I said I wasn't waiting any longer , to get my car keys ... I needed to leave , they said they couldn't release it , that Hyundai's policy was to make the recall first , I then demanded that they get my keys , they lied and said that the oil change wasn't done until the recall , I said I already saw it up on the lift over an hour ago and that I saw they did the oil change and the guy behind that service writer told him to get my keys ...
