He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, he wasn't aggressive, he listened to what my needs were and made selecting my perfect vehicle easy. Although he worked for Bob Bell Ford he was able to crossover to Bob Bell Hyundai when after test driving some Ford's and I was interested in also trying some Hyundai vehicles. The manager at Bob Bell Hyundai was just as courteous and helpful. They kept me updated as to where I stood in line for financing. Meanwhile my vehicle was being washed and the tank filled with gas. When I went into financing it was a breeze. It only took about 20 minutes and I was done. In the future when we decide to purchase another vehicle we will definitely return to Bob Bell Hyundai. More

Even though we would book on line and indicate services, parts were not always there. As our second car I asked about the oil changes and we were told that the service wasn't being offered any more because there were too many people in the program. I asked if we could be grandfathered into it as we were trading in our first car purchased there - I was literally laughed at. We have become have now owned 4 Hyundai / Kia cars. Two purchased at this dealership, I doubt we will go back to this dealership. Our cars purchased at this dealership were a Genesis and Sonata. More
