Kind, considerate and timely I have had my VW Jetta serviced here several times and it's been fast, friendly and efficient. I was amazed when my 10,000 mile check up came in at $125. I also recently had my engine light go off and was given a tip to correct it by filling my tank and also assured I could still drive my car. When the gas fill didn't turn off the light, I got in within two days and they completely checked out all my fluids and oil along with fixing the problem, all covered under my warranty. More

The service department was very accommodating, punctual, and thoroughly explained the service items that needed to be addressed. They also informed me of the available on-line coupons that could be used to reduce the service costs. I also purchased additional Beetle accessories from the parts department and "James" was also very helpful with his recommendations and expected delivery dates of the optional equipment ordered. I also would commend the management on the cleanliness of the entire facility.
