The service department was very accommodating, punctual, and thoroughly explained the service items that needed to be addressed. They also informed me of the available on-line coupons that could be used to reduce the service costs. I also purchased additional Beetle accessories from the parts department and "James" was also very helpful with his recommendations and expected delivery dates of the optional equipment ordered. I also would commend the management on the cleanliness of the entire facility. I have been in numerous dealerships throughout my many years of vehicle purchasing. and this building sparkles with a personal touch from all involved. Beyond Expectation I took my 2013 Passat (purchased in Toronto Canada) to the dealership last Friday. I had air bag recall and 40,000 miles service done on the Passat. Amazing customer service! I thought I had the best dealership in Tampa. They tried to encourage me to allow them to fix my car for double the price, (quoted by Boast) but they I thought I had the best dealership in Tampa. They tried to encourage me to allow them to fix my car for double the price, (quoted by Boast) but they would "give me" a loaner car AFTER they drove my car to Tampa to get the needed repairs. This sounded like an awful idea, so I called Boast. Mike took care of me, and found a coupon for me to further discount my price. Drew was wonderful and drove me to and from home, so there was no need to arrange a ride from a friend. I felt like Mike took all my worries on his shoulders and alleviated the stress that I had experienced from the other dealership. I am so thankful to have found Boast and trust them implicitly for all of my cars needs! Thanks Boast for hiring employees that care about providing the best in customer service. More

Very pleased by excellent service at Boast Volkswagen Boast Volkswagen isn't your ordinary car dealership. I was pleasantly surprised by their friendly attitude. For example, I left my house keys in my 2017 Golf. The driver of courtesy car was willing to go back to the dealership to get my keys. BTW, he was polite and van was spotlessly clean. Later, my car was ready on time. The cost of the 10,000 mile service was very reasonable and they gave me a coupon for my next service. When I picked up my car it was very clean. But most all the people were friendly and helpful, which is why I moved to Bradenton : the people are nicer here. More

They are friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. When the car is ready, it is delivered back to me in clean condition and all work is explained. I am very, very satisfied. More

The staff beginning with my salesman (Kevin Beachy) to my service agent (Michael) and garage crew have all been professional, helpful and very patient with my requests and questions.
