Stay with it Mike King, our salesman, was a gem. I started out just looking at trucks on my own, and he was never pushy. My husband and I came later and looked at Mike King, our salesman, was a gem. I started out just looking at trucks on my own, and he was never pushy. My husband and I came later and looked at a couple of my choices. We also got an estimate on the Ford 150 that I was trading in and decided to sleep on it. At that point, his boss got a tad pushy, but I let him know that that was no way to sell cars. Two days later, my husband and I finished the deal with Mike and drove home with a 2020 Dodge Ram Limited. A couple of days after that, I went back to the dealership because I was having trouble setting up the remote application. Mike helped me get it set up, and he answered a couple of our questions about the truck. Thanks Mike. More

No urgency to fix my truck because it was warranty My Ram Promaster City van broke down on the way home from work on a Thursday, I had it towed to Bob-Boyd dealership. They called me on Friday morning My Ram Promaster City van broke down on the way home from work on a Thursday, I had it towed to Bob-Boyd dealership. They called me on Friday morning and told me they would try to get to it next week. It only has 24,000 miles and is still under warranty. I called back on Tuesday and they told me they were busy and would try to look at it Friday maybe. I explained to them it was my work van and that’s how I made my living they were rude and said that’s the best they could do. My wife called and they were short with her and also rude ( the service manager). I finally called Chrysler customer care and explained everything. They were apologetic and said they would call them and call me back. The service manager told them I didn’t have an appointment and just dropped the van off so they couldn’t get to it. I got a call from Bob- Boyd 1 hour later and they said my van was fixed, they replaced the radiator fan Moter and the fuse and it was ready for pick up. It’s a shame they couldn’t give me good customer service until I called Chrysler. I also used them for 2 recalls on my van and it was 3 months to get it in for repairs!!! (A safety fire hazard recall). I will never use them again or recommend them. The service manager is in the wrong job. Very bad customer service skills no apology no care nothing. More
