There was a large selection of vehicles and the sales - R. Bishop

There was a large selection of vehicles and the sales team was very helpful. They let customers look around at their pace before seeking assistance. I was able to test drive multiple vehicles that I was looking at to compare them. JJ was very helpful as he had owned the vehicle I was looking at and knew all the answers to my questions.

Jeff was so kind and helpful with getting me the perfect - Kaleigh W

Jeff was so kind and helpful with getting me the perfect car and exactly what I wanted. He made everything very easy when I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for. Let me test drive multiple times, and always responded to my many questions. I would definitely recommend working with Jeff when buying your next car. It was a great experience as a first time car buyer.

I have been trying to reach someone in service for days. - awoods4224

I have been trying to reach someone in service for days. I left a voicemail and have not received a call back. Your receptionist are not helpful and just say they are with a customer then just transfer me to another voicemail every single time I have called, and it has been multiple times a day over multiple days of just trying to speak to someone.  One call I was trying to explain to the receptionist what I needed, and she just put me on hold while I was in the middle of speaking. I then called back, and they stopped answering the phone and just send me to voicemail. Another call they picked up and I could hear them answer (as they were whispering in the background) and they hung up on me completely. I did not yell, scream or cuss at them but simply asked to speak to someone that could help me and explain what was needed for a recall on my car.  It seems like for a company in the service and sales industry you do not want any business and treat your customers poorly.

My experience with the dealership was great. - hjacques30

I would advise you to not take your car there for - marvs3404

I would advise you to not take your car there for repairs! I took my Dodge Caravan there for simple repairs. Shocks and Struts And they butchered the job. First they left 13mm Blue point wrench laying on my battery to short positive to negative. They put it back together with the strut bushings hanging out. Now it makes noises like front suspension going to fall out. so they either don't trust their mechanical ability to test drive it when they finish a job. Or they test drove it and said oh well who cares ship it. Took it back and they said you said shocks and struts are bad so we just replaced those not the broken strut bushings. I left it with them for 6 weeks and it's still not fixed. They never touched it. When I would call about vehicle they would say parts will be in a week that week would come and go another week for parts. They said vehicle was so old it was hard to get the parts. It is a 2013 but part interchange up to 2019. Their location in Chillicothe said they could have the parts for me in two days. I wouldn't trust them to fix a bicycle now. I was ASC certified mechanic for 15 years. I've only seen repairs like that when someone had a crackhead fix their car. BEWARE!!!
