Disappointed Went to trade in my vehicle want to get something different. Her response move the steering wheel . He listened attentively to my requirements and interests, and with the assistance of Blair Molumby, the used car dealer manager, he was able to match my requirements and interests to three Velosters. He was able to explain the characteristics, capabilities, and features of the 2014 Veloster effectively and compared and contrasted two other Velosters. He performed a walk around to demonstrate the features and benefits of the desired vehicle; based on his time on the job (3 weeks), if he was unfamiliar with the features, or was unable to respond to my inquiries he sought guidance and assistance from his manager. Another selling tool was the test drive. Gage took me on a test drive to demonstrate the features of the car which enabled me to check the performance of the car and determine whether I liked driving it.
