Engine work on my Explorer My Explorer had been trouble-free until it reached 40k miles when the engine required this major repair. I was provided a loaner Escape but the repa My Explorer had been trouble-free until it reached 40k miles when the engine required this major repair. I was provided a loaner Escape but the repair took longer than I would have expected. Communication with the service guy was very good. They also installed my winter tires for a reasonable price. I am happy to have it back now and so far, so good. Will research vehicle reliability issues with Ford products. My mind is open. More
