Felt like I was getting taken if they only wanted to do it if half the work was being paid for on the inspection fee. Everyone at the service desk had a real attitude so I told them to forget it. My brand new Trucks turbo went out within a hour from leaving the lot. Ford rep stated in an email that they were not taking the part away from production and that the next shipment for this needed part would not be available for 2 weeks. I felt as if we got your money now tuff luck. I know darn well production would have had many available for a faulty product. The dealer went the extra mile to resolve this issue and obtained the part from another dealer in no time flat. I Applaud Fernando Ford and say up yours to Ford Motor company. More
