Perfect I had a recall for my vehicle for the passenger air bag. Orginally I had it scheduled for west 26th street. What a mistake. Didn't even call to say hello, we have your item for your recall. I had my client with me and I was at work and scheduled my day with my boss and client to get this done as I need my vehicle for work. Hence forward to Girard, Pa. They called me when they got the part in, even got the date correct when I brought it it. And they listened to be grumble about my awful experience at the other dealership. We got smiles, someone will be right with you. These seem like trivial things but to us it means the world. Makes my husband and I want to buy our next vehicle there!! Thank you! More
I would recommend, up until dealing with finance. I really enjoyed the overall experience, at first. But my dealings with finance have been a nightmare. I've been called numerous times & have been asked to come back. I left the first night, with my car, expecting to be done with the process. It's bee exactly 14 days & my finance situation is still not settled. My co-signer even went down to the office last week to speak with Paul. It went well, seemed to be settled, but a few days later I got another call from Barb from finance. She wanted me to come back in to sign a new contract with a different bank, which would result in me ultimately paying more for my car. The only problem with my current bank is them needing income verification. I & my co-signer have provided everything that we needed to, but someone on your end is simply not doing the necessary footwork. It's such a hassle, at this point I never want to go to this dealership for any reason, ever again. More
