I dropped my vehicle off on Friday September 1st. The vehicle was overheating the service department was already done for the day. I called the service department approximately at 7:52 in the morning on September 5th. A service personnel named Arlen Bird greeted me with I'm busy what do you want. Not only do I think this comment was off the wall it was extremely rude. I was only trying to relay the information I had for Ferrando Ford service to proceed in a positive fashion. I came in a couple hours later to pick the vehicle up to take somewhere else. At 62 years old I have no time for people to greet me as such. Charles L.
