Have had a rough experience with our van. The service dept. had it in for over 6 months diagnosing, re-diagnosing, and replacing parts without any real certainty of the issue. John is a super nice guy and has always treated me with professionalism and kindness. He is very thorough and makes sure everything I need is always taken care of.
