I have been there 3 times to get my radio sound system repaired. First was just a check of the system, then a reboot that didn’t work and then installation of a new $517 part plus labor ($ 89.95) that did repaired. I understand that this has to do with modules and computers but It’s a problem with Ford and they should make it right. Hopefully this next fix will be the correct one.
