The service department response too my service problem at this dealership was excellent. I was on vacation and a bushing in my gear shift broke. Doug pulled his transmission tech away from his regular work this dealership was excellent. I was on vacation and a bushing in my gear shift broke. Doug pulled his transmission tech away from his regular work to fix it. It was fixed the same day. This allowed me to start my return home the following day. All the other dealers said they wouldn't be able to fix my car for two weeks. I am very greatful to Doug for his personal attention to my catastrophic problem and getting my car fixed in such a timely manner. I am home now. Thanks ever so much! More
