Overall service was good. When I was called about the parts being in stock, I received a rude voicemail stating that “someone” has called 5 times and if I don’t call back they would cancel my service. I did not receive one phone call until I got the threatening voicemail. This did not make me want to continue the service but I did because the parts were in stock. Possibly approaching your customers with positive intent and kindness would want them to come back in the future. More

While I was waiting for my inspection to be completed, I watched as an elderly lady with limited money was being told that she needed additional work. Was very satisfied with the crew doing the oil change. However, I was supposed to get a courtesy Car Wash as a Lincoln owner. Whoever did this job should either be fired or retrained.
